Diana Cross, CPT, CNC, PCES, is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist who believes strength and movement should feel supportive, empowering, and sustainable.

After nearly a decade in education, Diana brought her love of teaching into the fitness and wellness space. Her approach focuses on meeting each person where they are, helping clients better understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and develop strength that supports their everyday lives.

Diana takes a personalized, non-diet approach to training and nutrition. Rather than focusing on perfection or quick fixes, she helps clients build realistic habits, reconnect with their bodies, and feel capable and confident in the things they ask their bodies to do.

She especially enjoys supporting women through different stages of life, including pregnancy and postpartum, as well as those who are new to strength training, returning to movement, or looking for a more individualized and supportive approach to fitness.

Outside of The Strength Continuum, Diana enjoys strength training, hiking, reading, crocheting, and a good cup of coffee.

Julia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Athletic Trainer who is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Her approach to physical therapy is individualized and centered around the whole person. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, Julia takes the time to understand each patient’s movement, lifestyle, goals, and experiences to develop a plan of care that meets them where they are.

Treatment may incorporate hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, strength and mobility training, movement education, and other techniques based on each person’s individual needs. Julia believes that physical therapy should not only help people feel better, but also give them the knowledge, confidence, and tools to continue building strength and resilience beyond the clinic.

As co-founder of The Strength Continuum, Julia works closely with Diana to bridge the gap between physical therapy and long-term strength, creating a supportive environment where people can receive individualized care throughout different stages of life.
